How we take an MVP from idea to launch
A short, fixed process with a decision point at each step. You always know what’s being built this week, what it costs and what’s been left for later.
Ten weeks, step by step
Scoping workshop
We agree the users, the core workflow and what waits for version 2. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Clickable prototype
Every key screen, clickable on your laptop and phone. Show it to a few users before we build.
Build in two-week sprints
Three sprints, each ending in a demo you can use. Feedback goes into the next sprint.
Launch
Deployed on your own cloud account and domain, with analytics running and a short guide for you.
Hand over or keep going
Take the code in-house with documentation, or continue on a monthly development plan.
How scope gets cut
One main user
Pick the person whose problem the MVP solves. Everyone else waits.
One core workflow
The single journey that proves the idea: book, buy, create, match or track.
Manual behind the scenes
Things you can do by hand for the first 50 users don’t need to be built yet.
Buy, don’t build
Payments, email, login and analytics come from proven services, not custom code.
What a two-week sprint looks like
- Day 1: we confirm what this sprint delivers
- Daily: short written updates on progress and questions
- Mid-sprint: a check-in on anything unclear
- Last day: a live demo you can click through yourself
- Your feedback is planned into the next sprint
Process questions
How much does an MVP cost?
It’s a fixed price agreed after scoping, paid in monthly instalments from $3,300 a month. Our planner gives you a week range before you talk to us.
What do I need to prepare?
A clear idea of who the product is for and what problem it solves. Designs and documents help but aren’t required.
Can changes be made during the build?
Yes. Small changes fit into the next sprint. Bigger ones are swapped for something of similar size, or added to version 2, so the date and price hold.
